Sample Report

Almost no home is going to be perfect (even new or recently built construction). Inspectors usually will discover some issues needing attention or that the buyer and seller should be aware of. These sample home inspection reports reflects a typical home in good condition.

Note: The report features digital pictures of "Concerns"  and has a Summary of "Concerns" at the end. The three summaries  allows you to discern ‘maintenance ‘ issues from major defects and identify  safety issues. The ‘Summary’ lets you decide what attention the home needs and the ‘tradesmen’ needed for repairs or evaluations of major defects.
